
Coaching is a way of bringing the topics and skills covered in the Motivation In Mind series of workshops to a specialised situation, serving the needs of an individual or very small group.
Coaching can take anything from a couple of concentrated hours to regular weekly meetings over several months - it all depends on the needs, expectations and goals of the client.

In all coaching situations, the needs and current skills of the client are carefully assessed from the outset. Intensive training, the collaborative development of new strategies and ongoing constructive feedback are all essential components to the very hands-on approach adopted.
